South Side Rides

by katiedelp on

New to biking? Want to try out biking? Interested in finding new bike routes and bikers on the South Side? Come join the South Atlanta Bike Shop and neighbors as we ride. We will gather once a month and explore new bike friendly routes near our shop.

All are welcome and will be encouraged to participate. The ride will be geared towards participants of all riding levels. "Rental" bikes will be available at the shop at 9:30 for those that want to try out biking. The shop will open at 9am for any adjustments needed to a bike.

Our first ride will be to explore the West End Beltline Trail.

This route will include mostly bike lanes and/or trails. Hills are minimal but this is Atlanta, so there will be a few. Our round trip will be approximately 10 miles. There are plenty of places to stop along the route.

Come explore the city with your neighbors and friends on this beautiful trail through a great neighborhood!
